I don't know why I ever expected anything legitimate to come from this. I really don't. I should know by now to never get my hopes up about anything that goes on in Furcadia.

They're celebrating people's major disappointment in them and their angered players. They're CELEBRATING THE DRAMA. and they're not even hiding it anymore. Seriously this just keeps getting better by the day. It's /astounding/. Instead of just dropping it and moving on to more productive things, they're blowing it up even more. They're just the fucking epitome of professional, don't you agree?

Oh, by the way, the discussion concerning the whole Pillowen thing was nothing but this;




**GUYS LOL it just occurred to me what DEP has reallyactually said here. The whole 'BUY A VOTE LOL' thing was put up because people "cheated" (voted more than once, which, really, all I see that as is using your resources. There's no way they were dumb enough to not think people would do that and should've figured it out WAY before this poll. And even then, it would not be that difficult for someone to go through and simply subtract the extra votes.) But this is EXACTLY what they're endorsing with this sale. "YOU CAN VOTE MORE THAN ONCE, IF YOU PAY FOR IT." FUCKING SERIOUSLY. okay that is all.

If you read my journals or are a Furcadia player, you're probably aware of the whole Pillowen thing DEP came up with (work of pure fucking genius, of course). As if changing the votes so 'Yes' would be in favor, and then mere minutes after locking the thread in response to players' criticism, all of that ontop of unprofessional responses from one of the members of DEP, FURCADIA IS PROUD TO PRESENT votes you have to PAY FOR (because 'No' and the majority of comments being negative criticism didn't win once already.)



There are so many things I want to say about this. First, about how this is even a more blatant slap in the face for us. Us being the people who've been begging for bigger and better things for a LONG time.
"You want to vote on something everyone hates already? Well, joke's on you, fucker, you have to pay for it now."

They're getting desperate. And it's sick. This is just. I can't even sum up how downright ridiculous this is in words. Yes I'm worked up over a game. It just ASTOUNDS me that someone is sitting at home now in front of their computer thinking up new ways to fuck people over and thinking everything's fine. I just. can't.

As ~ForgottenCobweb very accurately put it,

They're just trying to make things as retarded as possible and trying to piss off as many of their players as possible before the game crashes and burns.

At this rate I don't think I'll even be sad that it's gone.
